Prestwich Pre-School Forest School

We have a limted number of places available for children aged 3-5 years to register for our full time pre-school. Open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm with half day and full day options available, we provide a full early years education from a forest school environment.

As well as our own enclosed forest school area and a garden and access into the wider woods, we also have buildings on sites complete with kitchen, toilets and classroom areas.

We are rated Ofsted Outstanding, recogniding the high level of childcare that we provide at our amaxing outdoor site.

We have found that there are many benefits to learning in a forest school environment and that it suits many children better than being indoors. Children learn about taking risk natually and develop increased confidence and better communication.

While learning the traditional early years curriculum the children also gain knowledge about the environemnts that they learn within.

Fees

We offer a limited number of Government funded childcare places.

Fees start at £29.48 a day and £63.15 for a full day.

Stay and Play Sessions

We are currently running some free stay and play taster sessions so that parent/scarers and their 3-5 year olds can come and try out the forest school experience.
